3. Restaurant Bookings (Timperley Location)

Bookings made through our website or booking system are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:
• Refuse or cancel bookings
• Amend reservation times where necessary
Please inform us in advance of any:

• Special requirements
All orders made through the Timperley Locations Order Online option are Collection Only. We do not do directly delivery, and orders can only be delivered through other third-party applications such as Uber Eats and Deliveroo.
Should an order be placed on our collections only website, in the instance where the food is not collected from the Timperley Location within 6 Hours of placing the order, or is not collected.
before the restaurant closes on that day, the food will be disposed of and any payments made will be non-refundable to cover the costs of the order.
We reserve the right to refuse an order where there will not be enough time to between the order being place and closing time to cook the order. In this instance your payment will be refunded.
We also reserve the right to refuse any orders through our website at any time, for any reason.
4. Deposit Policy
Due to high demand, we require a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person when making a reservation.

• Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show, regardless of reason. This reflects the business loss due to the no show or cancellation
• This policy is in place to ensure fair access to bookings for all customers
By making a booking, you agree to this deposit policy.
5. Cancellations and No-Shows
• If you fail to attend your booking, your deposit will be retained
• If you arrive significantly late, we reserve the right to cancel your table
• We may cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. operational issues)
6. Delivery Services (Manchester)
Our delivery-only service operates via third-party platforms such as Uber Eats.
• All delivery orders are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant platform
• We are not responsible for:
o Delivery times
o Payment processing
o Platform-related issues
Please refer to the relevant provider for their terms.
7. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to:
• Change prices at any time
• Correct pricing errors
Payment for dine-in services is taken at the restaurant.

We take care in preparing food, but we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.
